Old Garden Hotel Batumi

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were amicable. My twin room was newly furnished, liked it. - Having a shower, hairdryers, and bath robes was a bonus. - the location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, for example, Ali and Nino Sculpture was not very far from the hotel.

Quiet atmosphere, excellent hotel, it has particularly good location really close to beach as well as the railway station. Newly furnished rooms with balcony are accompanied by good service. Nice touch to have central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The staff are very friendly and ready to help if you need anything.

The appliances worked perfectly and the room was cleaned daily. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who attended to all our requests promptly. Despite not having the best view from our window, the hotel's quiet courtyard provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise of tourists. We definitely plan on returning to Old Garden if we find ourselves in Batumi again. we highly recommend this hotel.

The room was cozy and had convenient amenities like a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. Bathtubs in the private bathroom were a great addition. - the location was fantastic, only a 5-minute walk from Batumi Central Mosque.

The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. The reception staff were always available and friendly, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. the rooms were warm, clean, and comfortable. The daily cleaning service was efficient, and the bathrooms were spotless. Free drinking water and tea were provided, which was a nice touch.

The breakfast quality was lacking and needs improvement. , noise can be an issue in certain rooms due to the main road being close by.

We loved the central location of this hotel which was close to all tourist attractions. Though it was not next to the beach, the hotel was at a walkable distance from it. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. there were some great hotel facilities that added to our comfortable experience.

The free Wi-Fi in the room was also a bonus. The hotel had a lovely garden area and a sun terrace, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is centrally located near small shops and the beach is a short 5, minute walk away. the rooms are well, heated with air, conditioning and clean bathrooms. the desk makes it comfortable for laptop working and writing. the hotel offers everyday cleaning, free drinking water, and tea to guests.

The staff is rude and unhelpful, lacking in customer service skills.

Reasonable price. Excellent staff. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Cute birthday surprise. Lively area. Good breakfast.
